STEP 1 / 8 ~12 MIN
Step 01 — Disclosure & Consent

Before You Begin

Please read and acknowledge the following before starting your assessment.

What This Is

This is a behavioral capacity assessment — not a personality test, not a compatibility quiz, and not a screening tool based on your credentials or background. It is designed to evaluate the specific psychological and behavioral constructs that predict performance in front-facing, revenue-generating roles. Your responses will be analyzed against a proprietary scoring framework developed over 39 years of workforce research.

How Your Responses Are Used

Your responses will be evaluated and retained by Peak Talent Capital Solutions. Based on your results, a member of the Peak TCS team may contact you regarding employment opportunities. Your assessment profile will be used solely for talent placement purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. All data is stored securely in compliance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA.

What We Expect From You

This assessment takes approximately 17 minutes to complete. Answer every question honestly and specifically. Vague or evasive responses are scored accordingly. There are no trick questions — but there are questions designed to surface self-awareness, and that distinction matters.

Equal Opportunity

Peak Talent Capital Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer. This assessment is administered uniformly and does not screen on the basis of age, race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.

I have read and understand the above. I consent to the collection and use of my assessment responses by Peak Talent Capital Solutions for talent placement purposes, and I agree to answer all questions honestly and to the best of my ability.

🔒 Your responses are stored securely and will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

Work Capacity Assessment

These questions assess the behavioral foundations that determine actual work performance. There are no "right" answers — we are looking for honest self-reflection.

Why This Matters Sales is a psychological discipline. Before we assess your sales wiring, we need to understand your foundational work capacity. Your answers here feed directly into your Kairos profile.

Step 07 — KAIROS Layer II

Critical Thinking & Curiosity

Top performers don't just take orders — they think. These questions assess how you process problems and whether you're driven by genuine discovery.

0/900
◆ Curiosity
Driven by genuine interest in their business — I want to understand before I pitch
A mix of qualifying questions and genuine discovery

Step 08 — KAIROS Layer III

Creativity & Fear

These are the constructs no one else measures. Creativity is your ability to generate non-obvious solutions. Fear is the silent ceiling on most sales careers.

A Note on Honesty Everyone in sales has fear. High performers know theirs. The question is whether you've identified it and built around it — or whether you're still pretending it isn't there.
◆ Creativity
Invent a completely different angle — even if it's unconventional — and try it
Draw from other contexts or industries for a fresh approach
Try a variation of the standard — adjust the timing or channel
Ask your manager or a senior rep for their approach
Keep trying the standard approach — consistency is key
◆ Creativity · Resourcefulness

◆ Fear · Self-Awareness

This is the most important question in this assessment. "Nothing" is not an honest answer — and we know it. Specificity here is a sign of self-awareness, not weakness.
